Grounded Coaching for Professionals Working in Demanding Legal Environments

I work with law firms because I understand the realities of legal work—not in theory, but through lived experience and professional training.

With over more than three decades in the legal field, I’ve seen how capable, committed people can struggle—not because they lack skill or dedication, but because sustained pressure changes how decisions are made, how conflict is handled, and how time and attention are managed.

My work is designed to support professionals operating inside that reality.

Rather than offering generic advice or one-size-fits-all programs, I work within the realities of legal practice—supporting professionals as they apply new approaches directly to their current work.

Details about engagement structure and focus areas are outlined on the Coaching Engagements page.

My Perspective

I believe most law firm professionals are doing the best they can within systems that ask a great deal of them. Coaching is not about fixing people—it’s about strengthening how capable people operate inside demanding environments.

My role is to bring structure, perspective, and steady attention to the patterns that shape performance over time.

How My Background Informs My Approach

How My Background Informs My Approach

My career began inside law firms, where I worked in administrative and operational roles and later created and led training initiatives in large firm environments. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for how legal work actually unfolds day to day—under deadlines, client pressure, and competing demands.

Alongside that experience, I pursued formal training in Organizational Psychology, earning a Master of Science degree with a research focus on burnout in demanding work cultures.

I later trained as a professional coach through an ICF-accredited program and hold certification as an Associate Certified Coach.

Coaching allows me to work with individuals and leaders in a way that is focused, confidential, and grounded in law firm realities.
