The term “coach” can be misleading.
When most people hear it, they think of someone who tells you exactly what to do—like how to shoot a 3-pointer or kick a soccer ball. But life coaching is different.
Life coaches don’t hand you a playbook or dictate your next move. Instead, we focus on helping you solve a problem or achieve a goal in your own way—using your unique strengths, values, and insights. Sometimes, part of the journey is even discovering what those strengths and values are, especially if you’re not yet aware of them.
While we’ll absolutely cheer you on and offer tools, frameworks, and gentle guidance, life coaching is mostly about asking the right questions. Questions that help you uncover your own answers—because only you know what truly works for you.
