The bask approach

bask COACHING = balance, awareness, strengths, knowledge

Do you work in a stressful and demanding workplace characterized by multiple daily deadlines, several bosses demanding work simultaneously, and lack of autonomy and creativity?

BASK Coaching can help. We will introduce practical techniques and strategies to reduce stress and improve mental clarity. The result will boost productivity and help you stay calm under pressure. We will also explore how to communicate effectively with courage and decisiveness. 

The BASK Approach: Four Transformational Levels

Imagine a busy workday where the work gets done easily with clarity and ease. That's exactly what the BASK Approach is designed to achieve. This program gives you the tools and strategies to take control of your day with:

  • Intentional Thinking - Take control of your thoughts instead of them overwhelming you.
  • Intentional Multitasking - Organize your workflow efficiently using mindfulness strategies.
  • Intentional Creativity - Focus on the task at hand and produce brilliant work product.
  • Intentional Communication - Speak up for yourself with professionalism and dignity.
  • Intentional Prioritization - Give yourself the gift of self-care in your life so you can thrive.


The BASK Approach is designed as a layered journey of self-discovery and transformation. Each level incorporates the core elements of the previous one, allowing for deepening growth and sustainable change.  However, each level can also be taken on its own as a focused experience, depending on your unique needs and goals. 

B = Balance (One Session)

This is a 60-minute session with options. We can buckle down and deep dive into an issue/goal you need help with immediately, and then create an action plan. One and done. Or, this session can be a stepping-stone session to get to know each other. We can look at where you feel out of balance and the areas you would like to work on for future sessions. This session would then roll into one of the other packages at the lower hourly rate. 


When you take a look at your challenges with compassion and acceptance, you can then create strategies to succeed.

Book Intro Meeting

A= Awareness (Four Sessions)

The goal of this level is to increase self-awareness to reduce stress, overwhelm, and burnout and build intentional habits.

             Focus Points:

  • Identify root causes of stress, overwhelm, and burnout.
  • Recognize unconscious habits and beliefs.
  • Reclaim control through conscious choice.

Awareness is the key to changing the dynamic. When you become conscious in your life and live it intentionally, you can take control and be confident and self-resilient.

Book Intro Meeting

S = Strengths (Eight Sessions; Includes Level A)

The goal of this level is to identify and harness your unique strengths to live and work with greater authenticity, motivation, and ease. 

             Focus Points:

  • Discover core strengths and values.
  • Align strengths with daily life.
  • Learn to focus on the task at hand.
  • Develop time management strategies that work for YOU.
  • Learn to set boundaries with difficult people.

You will be more at ease when you embody your truly impressive, unique self and interact with the world in your own brilliant way.

K = Knowledge (Twelve Sessions; Includes Levels A and S)

The goal of this level is to integrate self-awareness, strengths, and mindfulness practices to confidently and calmly navigate challenges and thrive personally and professionally.

             Focus Points:

  • Embody your strengths.
  • Apply mindfulness under pressure.
  • Build sustainable resilience.
  • Practice, practice, practice.

 The length of this package is designed so that you can practice the strategies you learn, and together we can work on the challenges to reinforce resilience.
