You probably heard the term work-life balance and you just laugh based on your current workload. Work is your life. If anything, you wish there were more hours in the day so you can get more work done. There are ways you can achieve balance throughout your daily life so that the work is not so overwhelming. We can look at your current workload and figure out some strategies for time management, as well as saying no when appropriate. Equilibrium is achievable.
If you do want to add more time for the "life" part, we can explore ways to make that happen.
You love your work, but you are also frustrated, anxious and overwhelmed. Burnout is on the horizon. Your days are filled with deadlines and emergencies, and the next thing you know, years have gone by and you have lived in a work fog for most of them. In order to avoid burnout, I will help you become aware of the feelings that are taking you down the rabbit hole. Awareness of those feelings by confronting them will actually help them dissipate.
Awareness is the key to change. We will focus on self-awareness so you can become conscious in your life and live it intentionally.
We are all unique individuals who have innate talents. We could bring more to our work and home life if we knew what our strengths were and how to best utilize them. Most likely, we are trying to be strong in areas that do not make us comfortable, but we believe are needed to function in our work culture. We can be more productive and motivated if we live and work using our own unique talents.
CliftonStrengths is an assessment tool that helps you uncover and deeply analyze your strengths. You will take the CliftonStrengths assessment and we will develop a strategy together to exercise those strengths in your career and home life.
What is the saying? "Knowledge is power?" When you live your life intentionally with awareness , utilizing your strengths at work and home, learning how to manage your time effectively, you live powerfully. With this knowledge, you can show up in life as your authentic self and give yourself the gift of clarity.
I can help you in this process. You will become self-aware and discover your unique strengths so you can thrive in a chaotic environment. You will utilize time management techniques to that you are not overwhelmed with your busy workload. You will have knowledge of your obstacles and strategies to overcome them, so your goals are achievable.
Coaching is a process where we meet either in person or remotely and discuss your goals and how to achieve them. Simple enough, right? For some unknown reason, you might be struggling to achieve those goals. Using multiple techniques of questioning to expand your awareness, and maybe some assessments, we will explore your obstacles, as well as your strengths, and create a strategy of success. We will use your whole person for this exploration; your mind of course, but also your emotions, and even your body, as it can give you clues. We will explore how each area of your life influences the other. We will develop a unique action plan that is tailored to you, so it works for you. I will be your advocate for this plan and support you with reminders and inspiration if you wish.
If you are not sure about your goals and purpose, we can investigate. Using the same techniques outlined above, we will dive into your heart’s desires and explore what truly matters to you. With that knowledge, we can develop a plan on how to execute your goals and live with purpose.
The beauty of this process is that all of the answers are already within you, I just help you uncover them.
