The first phase is all about balance. Specifically, where you are out of balance throughout your day. Where do you feel stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed so that you are unable to function effectively? We will begin by addressing your challenges and how you are feeling about them.
When you take a good look at your challenges with compassion and acceptance, you can then create strategies to succeed.
In this phase, we will explore your habits, behaviors, and beliefs, and what part they play in your current state of mind. What is the core reason you feel overwhelmed? Is this an ongoing pattern in your life? Where have you been successful? Many people live in a fog of unconsciousness and therefore feel out of control.
Awareness is the key to changing the dynamic. When you become conscious in your life and live it intentionally, you can take control and be confident and self-resilient.
